Brand new website

A brand new website will lead the way for a Shropshire insurance broker’s new look heading into 2015.

Beaumont Lawrence, an independent commercial insurance broker, has been in business since 1973 and started its 42nd year with a complete rebrand.

The Shrewsbury-based company, which has clients across the UK, will launch its new-look website in February, carrying the new logo and style across the whole of business brand.

Director Ben Lawrence said the company had always worked to be ‘ahead of the game’ both in the insurance and wider business worlds and that the new website had been designed with 21st century customers in mind.

“We have worked very hard over the past 40 years to build the excellent reputation we have for our expert knowledge, advice and customer service and are highly respected in commercial insurance circles,” he said.

“But it has always been just as important for Beaumont Lawrence not to stand still and to evolve with the times, which is why we took the opportunity when we decided to launch our new website to overhaul the company’s entire brand.

“The new website has a fresh new look with a clean, eye-catching layout and contains all the information our clients need to know about what we can do for their business.”

Mr Lawrence joined the family-run business after leaving university and took over the day to day running from founders Tony Beaumont and his own father Barry Lawrence.

It is one of the only companies in the county and one of fewer than 200 across the UK to hold the Chartered Insurance Brokers title - a mark of excellence in the industry.

Mr Lawrence added that it had been a “bit of a wrench” to retire the previous logo, as it was a familiar to so many but that the new look reflected the positive future for Beaumont Lawrence.

“We are still the same company we have always been but, like our business, our brand has to move with the times and we really love the new look and website, which fits perfectly with our strive towards even bigger success in the future

“And we have still kept the blue and grey colours that have become synonymous with Beaumont Lawrence.”
